Vendor Onboarding Requirements

To join the Mayfair Vendor Network, service providers must meet the following criteria:

Registered Business: Established LLC, corporation, or qualified sole proprietorship/independent contractor.
Insurance Coverage: Active General Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation coverage (or valid state exemption).
Licensing & Permits: Valid local and state business licenses/permits where required by trade.
Tools & Transport: Own professional tools, equipment, and reliable transportation.
Administrative Compliance: Ability to provide formal written estimates, detailed invoices, completed W-9, and required onboarding paperwork.
Professional Standards: Proven track record of reliability, quality workmanship, and clear communication.
