Hi, my name is Chris Kennedy. If you’re a professional investor looking for a property manager in South Florida, you’re in the right place! I am the founding member here at Mayfair Property Management, a full service management firm catering specifically to professional investors - I’m talking about private fund managers, syndicators, family offices, and busy high paid professionals seeking to invest prudently in south Florida real estate. Our team is committed to one thing - maximizing the performance of your real estate investments.

My partners and I started investing in South Florida real estate in 2009, and we have been growing our own portfolio ever since. We starting managing property because we couldn’t find a local management company that met our expectations once our portfolio of investments grew large enough. Most local property management companies are owned by real estate brokers who are not investors themselves. This makes a big difference in the way your property is managed. Our company is a little different – we manage from an investor perspective, not from a broker perspective. That’s a fundamental difference that can make a big impact on the performance of your investments.
Let me give you a few examples. First, our services and fees are carefully thought through to ensure an alignment of interests between manager and investor. That means we don’t make a profit unless you make a profit.

Second, all of our systems, technology, and vendors are tested on our own investment portfolio first, ensuring that they are investor friendly, not just manager friendly.

Third, we understand investments. We get that a small decrease in your rent roll can affect the value of your property by tens of thousands of dollars. We get that sometimes the best investment of your capital is in a property you already own rather than selling and buying another property.

Lastly, we appreciate the human dynamic that is always present in successful property management. It’s not black and white. Managing property effectively really boils down to managing people (tenants, vendors, neighbors, city officials, investors, and many others) with skill, empathy, and diligence. If it was just about properties, tasks, and checklists, it would be easy. But real estate investing is a team sport and a people business. We get that, and we love it.

So if you’re a professional real estate investor who already owns property in the South Florida market, or if you’re looking to diversify into this market, then I would love the opportunity to speak with you and see if we can help you achieve your investment goals. Give me a call today, I look forward to meeting you!
