First and foremost, we offer professional real estate management services for real estate investors. We actually started investing in the local market ourselves back in 2009, and our property management firm has grown out of the need to manage our own real estate investments. Owned by investors, serving investors, you're definitely in the right place. Whether you own a single-family home or a 100-unit apartment complex, we can definitely help you with full-service management from start to finish.
Second, we are, of course, a licensed real estate corporation and we offer sales and leasing services for real estate investors. If you are looking to buy or sell an investment property or you have a vacant investment property that you need to get leased, we would be happy to talk to you and see how we can help.
Third, we are a CAM-licensed management company, meaning that we are licensed to manage condo associations, HOAs, and cooperatives in the South Florida market.
